Volunteer Information for Parents

Attention Parents,

In accordance with a recent policy change within our county, if you plan to volunteer, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete Required Paperwork (Level 1&2 for Volunteering at/in the School): Download, print, and fill out the paperwork packet provided. This paperwork must be submitted to the school along with a copy of your current driver’s license and automobile insurance card (insurance only needed if driving for Sports). Volunteer Paperwork
2. Obtain a Background Check (Level 3 for Sports and/or Chaperoning):  This background check is a digitally run Criminal History check and must be conducted every school year as required by Board Policies. Be advised, that all level 3 checks must also have levels 1 and 2 run at the school your child attends. Please make sure that you have your current driver's license.  You will fill out the consent form at our Headquarters.  We have notaries on staff and will notarize your background check at headquarters.  There is no cost for either the background check or notarization.  No appointment is necessary and if you have any questions, please call 706-447-1017.
